  Combination of day, evening, online, and/or hybrid courses; telework options subject to change.

• Develop, deliver, and assess instruction in Health Information Management courses.
• Prepare course materials, curricula, and assessment tools in accordance with institutional standards.
• Assist students with academic and career guidance.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned and to assist the agency or state government during an emergency declared by the Governor.

• High school diploma with a minimum of five years of related occupational experience.
• HIM certification from a national provider.
• Knowledge of health information systems and regulations.
• Effective communication and instructional skills.

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• No required travel.
• Operation of a state vehicle is not required.
