The College of Humanities and Sciences (CHS) seeks a faculty fellow to work closely with the Associate Deans for Faculty and Academic Affairs during the academic year 2026-27 (August 2026 to August 2027) to support faculty development, mentoring, and promotion for the College of Humanities and Sciences.
The faculty fellow will work closely with the dean's office on promotion and tenure reviews, award nominations, and faculty mentoring. Successful candidates should be interested in faculty affairs and will exhibit demonstrated commitment to faculty mentoring and professional development. Experience with the promotion and/or promotion and tenure process is preferred. The faculty fellow will receive a one-course teaching reduction each semester as well as a $4,000 summer stipend.
Eligibility:
Tenured and term faculty at the associate professor and professor rank.
