RCC seeks applicants for our Career and Transfer Navigator opening. This is a full-time, classified, restricted staff position, with an excellent benefits package. Continuation of the position is contingent upon funding. The salary range will be $48,000 - $54,000, commensurate with experience.

The Career and Transfer Navigator develops and delivers a comprehensive program of transfer and career advising in support of RCC's college and strategic enrollment management goals. Strategic enrollment management encompasses the student journey from connection, entry and progress, through to completion and transition to a career or transfer to a four-year university.
