Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000

The School-Based CollegeAccess Manager will play a hands-on role in shaping the futures of first-generation and high- achieving students across the Richmond region.

Our mission is to prepare high-achieving high school students for success in college and beyond. PFF primarily serves first-generation, low-income students, and our comprehensive year-round program ensures students have the tools and confidence to graduate from college with a launching pad into successful careers.
WhatYou’ll Do
As a School-Based College Access Manager, you will:
- Establish a consistent and visible presence within the school community, serving as a resource and advocate for college access and success.
- Partner with school counselors, administrators, teachers, and school-based staff to support students through the college admissions process.
- Plan enrichment activities and accompany students on college tours.
- Stay ahead of admissions trends to give students the best competitive edge.
- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and community partners.
- Support school wide college access initiatives, including college fairs, application events, FAFSA completion efforts, Decision Day activities, and family engagement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; three or more years working with high school or college students preferred.
- Experience supporting first-generation and economically disadvantaged students is strongly desired.
- Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
- A team player who can also manage projects independently.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
