The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks an Early Education Specialist to help refugee children access preschool and succeed academically and socially. You will engage parents, partner with schools, and coordinate resources to meet language and cultural needs in the Richmond area.
You will develop relationships with schools and families, provide case management, and support program monitoring while complying with donor and IRC policies.
