What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Learning Experience Specialist within our Training & Development division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in either Atlanta, GA, Brentwood, TN, Richmond, VA or Beaverton, OR. This role supports internal learning for Corpay Payables by designing and delivering practical, engaging, and learner-focused training experiences. You will facilitate live and virtual training, create and update course materials, support learner readiness, manage course logistics and help ensure training content remains accurate and useful.

Training may include instructor-led classes, virtual workshops, Seismic lessons, job aids, facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, assessments, and task-based learning built from SOPs, process guides, system instructions, SME input, or new business needs. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys teaching others, learning technical processes, translating complex information into clear instruction, and creating training that helps associates perform real work with confidence.

The successful candidate should be able to navigate ambiguity, ask strong questions, identify gaps, and move work forward even when processes are evolving or documentation is incomplete. You will report directly to the Training Manager and regularly collaborate with the team members in the department.

Role Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging, learner-focused training that prepares associates to perform key job tasks with confidence.
  • Designing and maintain practical training materials for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed learning.
  • Translating SOPs, process guides, system instructions, SME input, and evolving business needs into clear learning experiences.
  • Supporting consistent course quality by following team standards for design, facilitation, readiness, review, and training administration.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of assigned products, systems, processes, workflows, and operational changes.
  • Identifying learner confusion, process gaps, outdated content, and opportunities to improve training effectiveness.
  • Managing assigned training work, course logistics, learner communication, and completion tracking.
  • Applying feedback from learners, facilitators, stakeholders, and quality reviews to improve content and delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operations, enablement, customer support, implementation, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong live and virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners and create a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to design and develop clear, practical training materials for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed learning.
  • Ability to learn technical systems, workflows, products, and operational processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and audience needs.
  • Strong organization, preparation, follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple classes, projects, tasks, and deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Comfortable working from SOPs, process guides, system instructions, stakeholder input, and evolving business processes.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify gaps, and move work forward when information is incomplete or changing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and learning or project management systems.
  • Experience with Seismic Learning, , Salesforce, SharePoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Zingtree, or similar tools preferred.
  • Positive, professional, learner-focused approach with willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
