3-Month Direct-Hire Engagement

Onsite | Monday–Friday

7.5-Hour Shift | Scheduled Between 6:00 AM–8:00 PM

Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We’re looking for Child Care Teachers to join a collaborative early childhood education team supporting children from 6 weeks through 6 years of age.

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use play, exploration, and creativity to encourage learning and independence
• Observe and document children's developmental progress
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teaching teams
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities
• Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, organization, and appropriate supplies
• Follow childcare licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, team leaders, supervisors, and directors
• Participate in staff meetings, training, professional development, and special projects

• 2+ years of formal childcare experience
• Experience working with children 6 weeks–6 years old
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, active childcare environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs

Candidates should meet one of the following:

• Associate/2-year degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
• High School Diploma/GED +
  40 hours of Early Childhood Education or related coursework
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with infants and toddlers (6 weeks–2 years)
• Familiarity with the Reggio-inspired approach
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
