• 2+ years of formal experience working with children, with previous experience supporting children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
• Preferred experience specifically working with infants and toddlers from 6 weeks to 2 years old.
• Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and its application in early childhood education.
