All Saints Catholic School is seeking a dependable, professional, and student-centered Long-Term Substitute Teacher for our 2nd grade classroom, to provide consistent classroom instruction and supervision during an extended teacher absence. The Long-Term Substitute Teacher is responsible for maintaining continuity of instruction, implementing lesson plans and curriculum expectations, managing classroom behavior, assessing student learning, and supporting the academic, social, and spiritual development of students.

• Provide daily classroom instruction consistent with the lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional expectations established by the school.
• Follow the long-term teacher's pacing guides, instructional materials, assignments, and established classroom procedures.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote student participation and academic growth.
• Modify instruction when appropriate to meet the individual learning needs of students.
• Maintain continuity of instruction throughout the teacher's absence.
• Provide students with appropriate opportunities for practice, application, collaboration, and assessment.
• Use available instructional technology and school resources effectively.
• Maintain appropriate academic expectations and hold students accountable for completing assigned work.
• Communicate with administration regarding curriculum concerns, instructional challenges, or student progress.
