Electrical Superintendent

A leading renewable energy EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Manage all on-site electrical construction activities for C&I solar projects.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and electricians to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
• Oversee installation of PV systems, switch gear, transformers, inverters, and interconnection equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce company safety standards.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.
  
  Maintain accurate field reports, material tracking, and progress updates.
• Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities.

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Electrician.
• Strong experience with commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
• Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• NABCEP certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
