Job Description & How to Apply Below

Description

The EHS Technician at Hyper Solutions plays a critical role in executing and operationalizing the company’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program across warehouse, manufacturing, testing, and service environments. This position is responsible for translating existing safety policies into documented procedures, compliance programs, and day-to-day execution activities that support a safe and compliant workplace.

This role is highly hands-on, splitting time between the manufacturing floor and administrative compliance work. The EHS Technician will work directly with operations leadership to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, maintain required documentation, and ensure EHS programs are functioning effectively across the business.

This position is well-suited for an independent, execution-oriented safety professional who enjoys balancing field work with documentation, audits, and compliance management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Translate existing company safety policies into documented EHS programs, procedures, and operational practices
  • Develop Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and task-based risk assessments in partnership with operations leadership
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs across warehouse, manufacturing, and test lab environments
  • Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions through completion
  • Track and document corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and compliance closure
  • Inventory, organize, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical management systems
  • Create and maintain OSHA logs, records, and required regulatory documentation including OSHA 300 and 300A reporting
  • Ensure EHS documentation remains current, organized, and audit-ready
  • Support implementation of safety initiatives across warehouse, manufacturing, service, and testing operations
  • Maintain compliance records, inspection documentation, training records, and safety files
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sourcing and implementation of safety equipment and corrective actions
  • Assist with maintaining safe chemical storage and handling practices
  • Support ongoing safety awareness and compliance initiatives throughout operations
  • Partner with operations teams to improve safety processes and documentation standards
  • Maintain organized records and reporting systems supporting EHS compliance efforts
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in an EHS, safety, or compliance role
  • Experience supporting EHS programs in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or construction environments
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety compliance requirements
