This position reports to: Service Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company's/project's procedures. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.

• Create technical documentation (MOPs, FPs, etc.) for use by FSTs related to Critical Power Products
• Assist with documentation across different service functions
• Support harmonization of documentation format globally
• Issue communication on any product change affecting install base
• Manage ISO folder and document
• Manage documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system
• Set up the documentation management system and document controls process in conjunction with the project team

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years’ experience in a service or manufacturing environment OR Associate’s Degree in electrical technology with 3+ years’ experience in service or manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (5+ years) in service or manufacturing environment
• Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization
• Advanced level ability to use Microsoft Office products
• Moderate ability to project manage using MS Project or Excel
• Advanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results
