Southern Energy Management in Virginia is seeking a Multifamily Energy Efficiency Field Technician to perform on-site inspections, data collection, and verify green building program compliance for new construction and rehabilitation projects. Most work is in the field with travel to project sites, including occasional overnight stays.
You will collaborate with general contractors, collect and enter field data, and test energy performance factors such as air and duct leakage to ensure compliance.
