What You’ll Do

• Scale processes from bench (20L) to kilo (100L) and full production (2000 gallons).
• Lead tech transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Write GMP-compliant batch records and SOPs with operator input.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
• Collaborate across R&D, operations, and engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and operators.
• Recommend and assess equipment for small- and large-scale production.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Expertise in tech transfer and process scale-up.
• Skilled in GMP documentation and compliance.
• Hands-on kilo and metric ton production experience
• Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
