The Virginia Asphalt Association is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as our Vice President
.
This senior leadership role will serve as VAA’s primary technical authority, working with member companies, VDOT, and industry partners to advance asphalt quality, innovation, and best practices across the Commonwealth. The position also supports workforce development, technical education, and industry collaboration.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with:- A strong background in pavement design, materials engineering, and asphalt construction
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across public and private sectors
- The ability to serve as a visible industry leader and technical resource
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering is preferred with 15 or more years in the profession
