The Senior Energy Modeling Engineer will directly influence system selection, design decisions, and energy performance outcomes across the firm’s projects.
Purpose – We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Energy Modeling Engineer to support the firm’s growing portfolio of commercial building projects. This role will focus primarily on whole‑building energy modeling, energy performance analysis, and supporting project teams with data‑driven recommendations that improve efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical modeling expertise with practical knowledge of commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
This individual will work collaboratively with internal design teams to evaluate system performance, identify energy‑saving opportunities, and support sustainable design initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency with:
