This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Lead Estimator based either in Richmond, VA or Clayton, NC. The Lead Estimator will manage the estimation process for cleanroom and critical environment projects, including analyzing specifications, developing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams. They will oversee bid preparation, review subcontractor proposals, and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost accuracy while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for complex construction or cleanroom projects
• Experience with project management, planning, and scheduling in construction or engineering environments
• Proficiency in software tools like MS Excel, estimating software, and BIM technologies
• Skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of cleanroom, biotech, or technical production environments is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, and strong decision‑making skills
