• Develops conceptual, logical, and physical IT engineering designs that support infrastructure requirements for technical and business application projects.
• Analyzes business requirements, ensuring traceability of the design to the business needs.
• Assesses testing requirements and prepares testing strategies, implementation, and transition plans.
• Requires a seasoned professional with full understanding of industry practices and high-level proficiency in the field.

• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and design of solutions using cloud‑based technologies.
• Hands‑on technical engineering to deliver system projects focused on strategic technological directives.
• Resolution of complex hardware, environmental, software, operating system, and subsystem issues.
• Oversees problem‑avoidance actions in cloud hosting environments.
• Implements changes to business information and technical systems.
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
• May authorize risk‑level changes and recommend solutions to minimize or prevent system interruption.
• Evaluates, recommends, and selects new software and hardware.
• Performs change and problem management using standard tools.
• Ensures conformance and compliance with existing system standards and measures performance to ensure proper operation.
• Leads highly technical/complex projects utilizing staff and resources.
• Follows and ensures adherence to technical standards for programming and design techniques.
• Trains system technical staff on use of software/hardware tools in accordance with required standards and procedures.
• Monitors compliance with internal audit requirements and Information Security Manual guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• 6+ years of IT solution delivery engineering experience with hands‑on experience in public, private, and hybrid cloud services, including planning, development, migration, and integration of applications and services from on‑premises infrastructure to cloud‑based platforms (PaaS and IaaS).
• Experience with Terraform, AWS Config, AWS Inspector, Guard Duty.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

• Proficient in CI/CD automation, SDLC, Cloud computing (AWS), Python, Bash, and Ansible, demonstrating versatility across a range of technologies.
