Engineering Manager- Maintenance & Capital Projects

Kelly Engineering has an exciting direct hire Engineering Manager
- Maintenance & Capital Projects position with a well-established company in Richmond, VA. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, with significant opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

• Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, and facilities operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards.
• Drive capital projects from scoping and budgeting through execution, including project justification and funding requests.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency, including equipment upgrades and automation.
• Administer spending and labor budgets, asset management, and year-over-year capital planning.
• Set performance objectives, provide coaching, and ensure employee training and regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Expertise with maintenance programs and managing capital projects
• BS Degree in a related discipline
• Experience in a GMP environment a plus
