• Support research and development projects from concept through implementation
• Assist with product design, testing, and validation activities
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve products and processes
• Analyze test data and recommend design or process improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
• Experience in engineering roles such as testing, product design, manufacturing, or process engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
