Electrical Technicians – Terminal & Pipeline Systems – Richmond, VA
Buckeye Partners is hiring experienced Electrical Technicians to support maintenance and operations at its petroleum terminals and pipeline systems in Richmond, VA. This role involves troubleshooting PLCs, maintaining electrical and SCADA systems, and supporting compliance and safety standards. It’s a strong opportunity for skilled technicians with a background in industrial energy infrastructure.

- 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic fields
- Experience in terminal, pipeline, or plant maintenance
- Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage contractors
- Technical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Must live within 45 minutes of Richmond, VA
- Experience with SCADA systems and truck/rail presets (Accuload, Multiload)
- Knowledge of liquid or gas measurement systems
- OSHA or HAZWOPER certifications
- Previous petroleum industry background
