This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week with the potential for overtime.
Responsibilities- Perform field inspections of industrial equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping systems).
- Generate calculations in accordance with API, ASME, STI, etc.
- Generate written reports utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.
- Develop AutoCAD drawings or isometrics.
- Manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000.
- Manage client relationships.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Integrity.
- Willingness to travel 30% outside of the office.
- Any of the following certifications: API‑510, API‑570, API‑653, CWI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Experience with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works is preferred.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) or desire to acquire Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must pass a drug screen and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
- Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man‑baskets, etc.
- Work in confined spaces requiring crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
- Work around operating equipment and industrial environments.
- Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film‑developing chemicals, etc.
