Project Controls; LSNA-TX​/VA

Position: Project Controls (LSNA-TX/VA)

We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls professional in the Northeast Houston, TX area and one in Richmond, Virginia area to support our Program Management Team.

You'll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

- At least 8+ years of project cost controls experience

- Experience with Project Controls Tools:  Eco Sys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel

- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

- Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems

- Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

Ideally, here's what you'll also have:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree preferred

- ERP experience and other cost control software

- MS Office skills including Power BI

- Intermediate skills with Jacobs tools including Unifier, IPCS, Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools

- Cost estimating experience
