The Role:

You won'tjust be sitting behind a desk. You will be a hands-on technical lead responsible for the continuous availability and reliability of high-valueassets. Your mission is to partner with over 15 major asset owners over thenext three years, providing innovative fault resolution and strategicperformance optimization.
What You’llDo:
- Technical Mastery: Applyfirst engineering principles and thermodynamic depth to diagnose and solve complex problems within Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.
- Strategic Optimization: Leverage design, maintenance and operational data historians to enhanceasset reliability and delivery world-class consultancy.
- Project Leadership: Managehigh-energy projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are ontime, within budget, and technically flawless.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical lead and safetychampion, guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of excellence.
Technical
Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for a "seasoned" professional who speaks the language ofhigh-pressure systems and industrial data.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering(Master’s or Project Management certification is a plus).
- Experience: 5–10 years in an industrial, power plant or petrochemical environment, specifically with high-energy assets.
- Core Knowledge:
* Deep expertise in Thermodynamics and Balance of Plant equipment sets (Heat exchangers, surface condensers, air cooled condensers, lube oilsystems, pumps etc.). - Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, PFDs, and General Arrangement drawings .
- Proven track record in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) .
- Familiarity with design codes (
ASME VIII, ASME B31.3/31.1 ) and fitness-for-service standards (
API 579-1 ). - Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Project anddata analysis tools.
Experience with
FEA, CFD, or AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
