About the OpportunityXperior Global is partnering with a large national system integrator delivering complex automation and control solutions across mission-critical and life sciences environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer (Delta
V) to support the delivery of high-impact pharmaceutical automation projects.
This is a key technical leadership role offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale automation systems within a highly regulated environment.
Role OverviewAs a Lead Automation Engineer, you will take ownership of specific process areas, driving the technical delivery of Delta
V-based automation systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
You will play a central role in ensuring successful system design, integration, and validation while collaborating across project teams and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of Delta
V batch automation systems
Provide technical leadership across large-scale pharmaceutical projects
Support system integration across:
- Rockwell PLCs
- PI Historian
Contribute to validation strategies and GMP-compliant documentation
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
RequirementsCore Experience
8+ years in pharmaceutical automation
5+ years working with Delta
V Batch DCS
Strong understanding of:
- GMP
- Validation processes
- Change management
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and system integration
Experience in regulated environments (GxP / GMP)
Knowledge of batch processes and S88 standards
Exposure to platforms such as:
- Rockwell / Allen-Bradley
- Ignition
- Siemens or similar
Understanding of biopharmaceutical or life sciences processes
