The global demand for data center capacity is unlike anything the industry has seen. Hyper builds the modular, prefabricated power and cooling infrastructure that makes rapid, reliable deployment possible. We're looking for a technical leader ready to step into product ownership of this platform.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of electrical power, thermal systems, and prefabricated infrastructure. You'll define what we build, how it's architected, and how it scales, working across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that directly shape how critical facilities get deployed.
What you'll own:- Product vision and roadmap for prefabricated power modules and integrated cooling systems
- End-to-end NPI leadership, from requirements and design reviews through factory and site commissioning
- Cross-functional alignment across electrical and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales
- Compliance and certification strategy (UL, NEC, ASHRAE)
- Serviceability and field-replaceable design within modular pods
- Technical support for sales pursuits and early-stage customer engagements
- 7+ years in a technical leadership role within data center, electrical, power, or critical infrastructure, as a PM, Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, TPM, or similar
- Deep familiarity with data center power distribution and cooling systems, from the product, engineering, or customer-facing side
- Experience taking complex hardware from concept through deployment, covering NPI, field commissioning, or equivalent lifecycle ownership
- Ability to read one-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical specifications
- A track record of aligning cross-functional teams and driving decisions without direct authority
- Bachelor's in Engineering or a related technical field
