Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Cost Manager, ANS

Join Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Cost Estimator helping deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure.

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre‑contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.
• Work in a flexible environment that includes remote, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center.
• Participate in in‑person collaboration, learning, and relationship building as needed.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience using advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level.

• Experience working with data centers or similar mission‑critical projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar cognate qualification.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (e.g., Sustainability).
• Field experience.
• Contact preparation skills.
• Post contract administration skills.
• Project close‑out skills.
• Team player with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year. Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in various U.S. states.

Work location includes a mix of remote, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center.
