- Drive new business and expand existing client relationships
- Lead regional growth strategy and identify new market opportunities
- Represent the firm at industry events and within professional organizations
- Collaborate across disciplines on large, multi-sector initiatives
- Mentor staff and support team growth
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in land development / site engineering
- PE License required
- Strong client-facing and business development background
- Experience with permitting and regulatory processes
