Aboutthe Role
This position will lead the execution of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects within a general contracting environment.

Establish project objectives, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies - Serve as the primary liaison with owners, engineers, and stakeholders
- Oversee construction and financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes
- Lead project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management
- Drive collaboration across project teams including field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, analyze costs, manage change orders, and maintain documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture and quality execution standards
This role operates in a self‑perform GC environment, requiring close coordination of civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on construction project manager with direct experience delivering water/wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant project management experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects
- Background working with a general contractor (preferred self‑perform environment)
- Ability to manage projects $5M+ in value or larger
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting
- Contract administration and change orders
- Cost tracking, forecasting, and financial controls
- Construction methods across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Track record of client interaction and relationship management
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
