Project Estimator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Estimator responsible for analyzing drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost, material, and labor estimates. This individual will build project budgets and schedules, manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, and support procurement strategies. They will also lead value engineering efforts, solicit trade partner proposals, and assist in preparing and executing contracts to ensure successful project delivery.

• Build detailed cost estimates
• Develop budgets and schedules
• Lead value engineering efforts
• Source and level subcontractor bids
• Assist with procurement and contract execution

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to analyze drawings, specs, and proposals
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering
• Subcontractor/vendor management experience
• Destiny (Beck Technology) experience
