Temper Pack is seeking a Packaging Engineer II to join our Richmond, VA engineering team. You will design and optimize shipper pack-outs based on customer requirements, collaborating with sales and customers to test concepts in our thermal lab.
The role requires CAD proficiency (SOLIDWORKS, Onshape), ISTA certification within 6 months, and experience with box/corrugated designs and cold-chain shipping. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.
