LaBella is seeking a Highway Engineer in Richmond, VA to join our transportation team. You will work on roadway, trail, and pedestrian projects, designing alignments, drainage, and related documents under supervision.
The role requires a civil engineering degree with a transportation focus and 5–7 years of experience; EIT preferred, PE a plus. Proficiency with Micro Station, AutoCAD, Open Roads, Civil 3D, and MS Office is expected.
