Our client is seeking a Equipment Qualification Engineer to join their team. As a Equipment Qualification Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting equipment validation and qualification processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Oversee installation, operational, and performance qualification of equipment in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Verify equipment installation according to manufacturer specifications and site requirements.
  • Develop, review, and approve IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and documentation.
  • Conduct tests to ensure equipment operates within predefined parameters and performs reliably under production conditions.
  • Maintain detailed records of qualification activities, test results, deviations, and corrective actions for regulatory compliance.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment qualification or validation within a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ processes and regulatory standards such as FDA and cGMP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
