Their Water Resources team supports a diverse portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects while providing engineers with strong mentorship, technical growth, and advancement opportunities.

Location:

Richmond, VA (23230) Pay: $44- $55

• Prepare water resources engineering designs, studies, and technical reports
• Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents
• Support drainage, stormwater, and related transportation infrastructure projects
• Review engineering methods, calculations, and design criteria for compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with CADD-related training
• Participate in field investigations, inspections, and occasional public meetings

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Virginia PE preferred)
• 5+ years of water resources engineering experience
• Experience preparing engineering plans, reports, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong knowledge of drainage, stormwater, or transportation-related water resources projects
• HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, HydroCAD, Civil 3D, or Micro Station experience
• VDOT project experience preferred
