The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities seeks a qualified Plans Examiner, Senior to ensure stormwater, Ches Bay, erosion, and related regulations are met for development projects within the City. The incumbent will review and approve civil plans to meet environmental regulations and coordinate with engineers, developers, and owners.
Responsibilities include plan reviews, leading internal meetings, assisting external customers with permitting questions, and preparing detailed reports.
