Site/Civil Project Manager (P.E.) - Richmond, VA

We're looking for an experienced Site/Civil Project Manager (P.E.) to lead a variety of land development projects across the Richmond area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, mentoring engineers, and building strong client relationships.

• Manage land development projects from planning through construction.
• Lead site design, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting efforts.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Support business development and help grow client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in land development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
