City of Richmond is seeking an experienced Plans Examiner - Residential Building to coordinate permit processing and review plans for compliance with electrical, plumbing, gas, and building construction codes. You will meet with engineers, owners, and contractors, prepare letters/reports, and assist in processing permit applications at the counter.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least one year of inspection and plan review experience;
