We're seeking a detail-oriented CADD Technician to join a growing and highly respected surveying team in Richmond. What You'll Do- Prepare survey plats, maps, exhibits, and CAD deliverables
- Process field data collected by survey crews
- Support boundary, topographic, as-built, utility route, and construction surveys
- Maintain and update CAD files and project documentation
- Perform construction staking calculations
- Research deeds, plats, easements, and property records
- Coordinate with field crews to resolve survey data questions
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and agency standards
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
- Experience preparing survey-related CAD drawings and mapping deliverables
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with Carlson Survey preferred
- Understanding of land surveying principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Compensation:$35-$45/hour
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong survey drafting experience
- Clear path toward Survey Project Management
$25-$35/hour
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
