Temper Pack is seeking a Packaging Engineer II in Richmond, VA to advance packaging solutions for cold‑chain shipping, from density calculations to ISTA‑aligned testing. You will collaborate with the Packaging Engineering team, use SOLIDWORKS and Onshape, and maintain testing data and CAD diagrams for customers and sales materials.
The role requires a BS in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of box/corrugated design with 2–4 years in cold‑chain shipping, plus ISTA I/II
