  • Contributing to intellectual property development and supporting project-level IP initiatives.
  • Providing technical leadership during design reviews and mentoring junior engineers on design best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Leading the design and development of analog and digital circuits from concept through qualification, including schematic design, component selection, PCB layout guidance, simulation, verification, and prototype validation.
  • Ensuring PCBA compliance with applicable IPC, UL, IEC, CE, RoHS, and product safety standards.
  • Partnering with PCB layout, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to implement DFM, DFA, and DFT best practices and manage component lifecycle risks.
  • Supporting EMC/EMI, environmental, reliability, and regulatory testing to achieve successful product qualification and certification.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in Electronics Circuit design with a minimum of 8 years' experience designing and maintaining existing designs within specialist teams.
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering and/or Power Electronics Engineering
  • Knowledge of PCB design tools, such as Altium, Allegro, etc.
