Water​/Wastewater Project Manager; PE

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOP

We're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their growing Richmond team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects while mentoring junior engineers and building lasting client relationships!

• Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Support business development and help grow the Water team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
