You work with urgency, communicate clearly, and understand that details matter.## THE JOBAllianz Amphitheater is seeking Operations Crew Members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown.

This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience. This is a part-time, seasonal position.## WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement
* Support stage and backstage operational needs as directed
* Assist with lawn preparation, seating layouts, and premium area configurations
* Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently
* Monitor venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs
* Support weather response protocols and safety procedures
* Assist with post-show reset to prepare for the next event
* Maintain equipment organization and storage areas
* Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly## WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred
* Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
* Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
* Clear communication skills and team-first mentality
* Daytime, evening, and overnight positions available
