** THE JOB
** Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Ushers / Ticket Takers to provide safe, organized, and welcoming entry and seating experiences for all guests. This role plays a critical part in crowd flow, guest communication, and overall event operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Greet guests warmly upon arrival and scan tickets accurately and efficiently
* Direct guests to seating sections, amenities, and venue features
* Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, accessibility, and policy compliance
* Manage crowd flow in entry gates, aisles, and seating sections
* Respond to guest questions and escalate concerns when necessary
* Enforce venue policies professionally and respectfully
* Assist with ADA seating and accessibility needs
* Support post-show egress and venue clearing procedures
* Communicate clearly with Guest Services, Security, and Operations teams
