** THE JOB
** Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Venue Cleaning Crew Members to support all cleaning operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, artists, and staff. This is a part-time, seasonal position that plays a critical role in the overall guest experience.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Execute pre-show, during-show, and post-show cleaning operations across the venue
* Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all public and backstage areas meet cleanliness standards before gates
* Support waste management and sustainability efforts, including recycling and composting initiatives
* Assist with end-of-night venue reset, equipment storage, and debris removal
* Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
* Work collaboratively with Operations and other departments to ensure a seamless event experience
* Follow all safety procedures and venue protocols
** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** Experience in janitorial, custodial, or venue cleaning environments preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Reliability and consistency in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
