** THE JOB
** The Ancillary Team Member plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience while driving additional revenue opportunities across the venue. This position supports premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value-add programs that elevate the fan journey from arrival to encore.
** WHAT YOU'LL DO
*** Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
* Promote and execute ancillary programs (upgrades, add-ons, premium experiences, etc.)
* Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned
* Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation
* Maintain clean, organized work areas
* Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
** WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
*** Must be at least 18 years of age
* Availability on nights on both weekdays and weekends
* Strong communication skills
* Confident, solution-oriented mindset
* Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures
* Positive energy and team-first attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced live event environment
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in various types of weather conditions
