We are seeking a reliable and motivated Event Helper to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Provide support during events to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in managing guest inquiries and directing them as needed.
• Help with event breakdown and clean-up post-event.
• Ensure all event materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
