We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Event Helper to assist with various tasks for upcoming events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with guest registration, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless event experience for all attendees.

Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor
• Assist with guest registration and check-in processes
• Coordinate with vendors and event staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
