We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist in the smooth execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to perform various event-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor
• Support event coordinators with logistics and planning
• Greet and direct guests, providing excellent customer service
• Help manage registration and check-in processes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the event manager

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Basic understanding of event planning and coordination
