We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning and execution of various events at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event set-up and tear-down, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure seamless event operations.
• Greet and assist guests, providing information and support as needed.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Help manage event logistics, including registration, ticketing, and attendee tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the event.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
