We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Event Helper to assist with various tasks during our upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
• Greet and direct guests as they arrive at the event
• Provide support to event coordinators and staff as needed
• Ensure the event space remains clean and organized throughout the event
• Assist with registration, ticketing, and guest inquiries
• Help manage event timelines and schedules
• Handle any additional tasks as assigned by event coordinators

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Attention to detail
• Previous event experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed
